Project Share is a donation-based community fund that helps people during emergencies or tough times. It provides grants to assist with energy costs, regardless of whether you’re an Avista customer or not. These grants can be used to heat your home using different fuels like natural gas, electricity, propane, wood, or coal.
When you donate to Project Share, 100% of your contribution goes directly to local community action agencies, who then distribute it to those who qualify for assistance.
You can learn more about the program and make a donation by giving a one-time gift at Give to Project Share. If preferred, you can also choose to donate monthly by adding an ongoing Project Share Pledge to your Avista bill. If you’d like to donate by check, simply mail it to Project Share, PO Box 3727, MSC-57, Spokane, WA 99220.
