4-month sprint
Commitment: Monthly, 2-hour workshops for 4 months
- Learn about your compliance options in month 1
- Calculate your Energy Use Intensity target and determine your Energy Use Intensity in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager in month 2
- Understand the Energy Management Plan and Operations and Maintenance program requirements in month 3
- Learn how to engage your organization in month 4
Virtual controls review
Commitment: One, 60-minute session
- Review building controls system
- Opportunity register creation
Cohort elevation workshops (quarterly for graduates)
Commitment: Quarterly, 2-hour sessions, for two quarters following the sprint period
- Review successes and barriers for low/no cost energy-saving measures
- Evaluate savings model and ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager dashboards
- Continued Clean Buildings knowledge and support
Coaching calls
Commitment: One, 45-minute call each month during sprint period and quarterly during elevation period
- 1:1 tailored coaching with technical and organization experts
- Overcome common barriers surrounding energy efficiency project implementation
- Review energy data to understand trends in consumption
- Discuss compliance progress and options
