Oregon customers may qualify for a monthly bill discount

In Fall 2022, Avista launched a new program called My Energy Rate to help our Oregon residential customers save money every month on their bills. We're excited to continue this program under a new name: My Energy Discount – Oregon.

The program offers a personalized bill discount to those who qualify. Its household size and income requirements are more inclusive than previous assistance options, making it easier to participate. Customers who have not sought or were not approved for help in the past are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compared to traditional bill assistance models, My Energy Discount – Oregon offers a quick and easy enrollment process. Even better, participants can still utilize all the other valuable programs and services their local community action agency offers, including other types of energy assistance.
