More Oregon customers than ever before now qualify for our monthly bill discount program. Discount amounts are based on household size and annual income and last for two years. With higher income limits than other programs, more people are eligible. Plus, participants can still receive other energy assistance and services from local community action agencies.

Project Share is a donation-based program that helps people during emergencies or tough times. It provides grants to assist with energy costs.
When you donate to Project Share, 100% of your contribution goes directly to local community action agencies, who then distribute it to those who qualify for assistance.
You can learn more about the program and make a donation by giving a one-time gift at Give to Project Share. If preferred, you can also choose to donate monthly by adding an ongoing Project Share Pledge to your Avista bill.
